How Astris Biologics handles specification and batch documentation for research materials: what is published on this site and what is released on request.

What this site publishes for every product

Each product record on this site states the product name, its catalog category, the specification published for that product, and the purity value held in the catalog for that product. Nothing on a product page is extrapolated from another product.

• Product name and catalog category, taken from the catalog record.
• The specification published for that product.
• The purity value listed for that product in the catalog.
• The documentation status: what exists, and what is requested from the research desk.

Documentation released on request

Analytical documentation is released through the research desk on request. If a certificate of analysis is not published for a product on this site, it is because no such certificate is published here; documentation that exists for a supplied lot is obtained by asking the research desk for it and quoting the material and lot supplied with the order.

Requests for documentation are handled over WhatsApp so that the material, the quantity and the destination can be confirmed in one exchange.

What this site does not publish

This site does not publish CAS numbers, molecular formulas, sequence data, certificate numbers, batch numbers, analytical test results, certifications, ratings or stock levels for any product. Where a product page shows one of those fields, it shows the exact text Not published on this site rather than an estimate.

No certification, standard, analytical method, instrument or third-party laboratory is named on this site unless the company's own published copy names it. Buyers who need a specific document should state the requirement to the research desk before ordering.
